Cancellation Policy
{Payment Terms} A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to reserve the event date. In the event of cancellation by the client, the retainer shall be forfeited. Cancellations made 30–59 days prior to the event require payment of 50% of the remaining balance. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the event require full payment. One reschedule is permitted within 12 months, subject to availability. If the photographer is unable to perform due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances, all payments will be refunded and liability shall be limited to amounts paid. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due on the day of the event/photography shoot.
